Everyday be better version of your self…
So.. this is it… I’ve made decision to improve my self to became better version of my self – and share this publicly. Well of course no one is reading my blog, so this „publicly” is exaggerated :).
How I’ll do it? Its simple – first I’ve to define my ground level, or define where am I and what I want to improve. I’ll publish at least one post daily – with report, I’ve done during the day. What exercises I did, what I’ve learned, what I’ve improved in my life.
What I want to improve/do
- wake up about 4.30 (now: I wake about 5/6 but after praying or reading something going back to sleep)
- make more exercises: pushups, sit ups, plank, legs, crunches (now: about 30 repeating of everything and abut 1:30 – 2min plank)
- coding – in my work, however I’ve some own aside projects, which I want to finish (mostly: PanShop and Inchef) – this is never ending story – want to learn golang, python, improve ruby, rspec tests, javascript, react/vue?, tests in JS, elixir
- language – English – want to improve my grammar, learn Arabic, Spanish, French…
- improve my passive incomes and pay off mortgage in the worst bank ever… Getin Noble Bank
- writing blog posts – now not often – almost at all
- other? Now nothing is coming to my mind – of course I can improve my private life, family relations etc. however this is not the subject of this blog…. yet?
OK so today:
- woke up about: 5:00 but went to sleep (til 8:30)
- pushup: 30, sit ups: 30, crunches: 60, plank: 2 x 1min,
- PS: 0 min, Inchef: 0 min
- language: English grammar 0; rest of languages in the proper time (after finishing grammar)
- 0
- 1 😉
So What I’ve learned today? I’ll write another blogs posts about this.

EDIT: I’ve forgot to mention, that most important thing is that I also want to avoid sweets and everyday go to the swimming pool.
